McDonald’s Marketing Portal
I helped McDonald’s develop their first marketing-hub, called the M-Hub. That enabled more than 1500 McDonald franchisees to not only create their own advertising assets, such as vouchers, posters, displays, and street signs, but also to communicate directly with their regional network and agencies. This all happens instantaneously, branded in their current look-and-feel. The platform allows McDonald´s, their partners, and their agencies to stay transparent, agile, and fast – saving them time and money along the way. Marketing platforms like the M-Hub are therefore not only an important CICD component, but also an essential success factor for their marketing transformation.
